Customer feedback

When completing a job, I always ask my customers for feedback to help me to grow and improve services. Some of these are shared below, with links to the related projects.

We found both Martin and Jayne to be friendly, understanding, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to explain quite technical things in an easy-to-understand way. We are extremely pleased with the way our website looks. It's also very easy to use. Martin is always on hand to explain things or help - he gets back to you very quickly and always knows the answer!

Project: The Morris Ring

I can't thank you enough Martin, not only for my fantastic website, but for your extended patience with the changes I made in the final week, and for your outstanding customer service getting me set up using the editing tool. I'm delighted with my site - the design, the functionality and editability (is that a word!?). I think your service is excellent value for money and I was impressed with your honesty about the whole project. You even helped me with things outside the project, like commenting on Mailchimp and suchlike.
It may sound silly, but after looking into building a site myself (2 wasted days with tears involved!), almost going with a local person (who turned out to be a big mistake) and then being put off by big companies with the gift of the gab, I was almost giving up the will to live with my new website ideas! When I called you and you calmly explained how you could help and patiently listened to my woes, it was such a relief. And you have completely exceeded my expectations.
I am one very, very happy customer!

Project: Equine Nutritionist

St. Marychurch Primary School, Torquay, chose Natty Designs to develop their website as a result of recommendation. It was a wise choice! Yet again they proved to listen closely to our needs and format, making useful suggestions for refinement. Their training for launch was excellent, giving the admin officer with responsibility clear guidance and confidence. Their subsequent support for her, a lead teacher for public areas and governor with responsibility for our policy area has been excellent. Access to a private area is simple and useful. They have both encouraged and supported adaptations subsequently made enabling a higher profile for children’s work and school activities, promoting our school. We have had very positive feedbacks from visitors to the site. Natty Designs staff have been accessible at the end of a phone and willing to meet for face-to-face contact as required. We have been delighted with the link up with them and can highly recommend working with this very professional and user friendly service.

The Girlguiding Devon website has been designed and managed by Natty Web Development since 2008 and we have been delighted with the service we have received. We have found Martin to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always available should we have any questions or queries. As volunteers it is important for us to have a good working relationship with people who help and support us and we are grateful that Martin is always patient and understanding when dealing with our requirements.
